Poisonous poise

In order to walk, you lift up one foot, and then purposely throw yourself off balance. Your foot hits the ground, you lift your other foor, and throw yourself off balance again, propelling yourself forward. I have been throwing myself off balance without allowing my foot to touch the ground for far too long.
